Shipping & Delivery

Singapore Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery to your doorstep within Singapore. Order is usually delivered within 3 to 14 days from the order confirmation date, Monday through Friday Singapore time. 

International Shipping & Delivey

We offer international delivery, please use our international shipping calculator during checkout for shipping cost and duration. Order is usually delivered within 3 to 14 days from the order confirmation date, Monday through Friday Singapore time. International shipping may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by destination country upon arrival. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, customers will be responsible for the import taxes, customs duties and fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Jewellery Warranty

14-Day Warranty

We offer repair service 14 days upon receipt of item for Colorlette jewellery subject to terms & conditions. Contact us to send in your repair request, and our customer service team will get in touch with you within 2 business days.

The item must be accompanied with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief summary of the item and what requires repair
  • If the jewellery was a gift, please provide order number

Please note that the circumstances below are not covered by our 14-Day Warranty:

  • Earrings (for hygiene purposes)
  • Wear & Tear (eg: chain breakage, tarnished item due to improper care)
  • Sale item

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be reviewed and processed after we received the return item.

Shipping & Delivery

Colorlette offers free delivery to our customers' doorstep. Customers will be responsible for the delivery/shipping fee to Colorlette. We strongly recommend a shipping method with trackable service included (eg: SingPost SmartPac at approx. SGD$3.20).

Important

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Any unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender.

Returns & Exchanges

Colorlette implements a strict inspection process. We inspect all items before shipping out to our customers. Due to the strict inspection on product quality and workmanship, all goods sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges request for wrong item delivery is accepted, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of item, and our customer service team will get in touch with you within 2 business days.

All returned/exchanged items must comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy:

  • Clothing must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with all Colorlette tags attached at its original position and in the original packaging.

  • Jewellery must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with Colorlette barcode tags attached at its original position and in the original packaging.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be reviewed and processed after we received the return item.

Reimbursement

If the exchange item is sold out after your return is approved, you'll be issued Store Credit which will be equivalent to the purchase price of returned item. We do not provide cash refunds. Store Credit is valid for 3 months from date of issued.
